Khurais
Report summary
The Khurais development includes the Khurais, Abu Jifan and Mazalij fields. The Khurais field extends for 90 kilometres in a north-south direction, 100 kilometres east of Riyadh. Abu Jifan and Mazalij are much smaller and lie to the south of Khurais. The fields have a maximum sustainable capacity of 1.45 million b/d of Arab Light crude making them the second largest oil producer in Saudi Arabia after Ghawar, and a key contributor to the valuable Arab Light blend.
