Liuhua Oil Fields
Report summary
The Liuhua Oil Fields analysis includes Liuhua 11-1/4-1 and the Liuhua 16-2 oil cluster. Liuhua 11-1/ 4-1 has been 100% owned by CNOOC since the foreign partners exited in 2003. The Liuhua 11-1 field, 195 kilometres southeast of Hong Kong, was developed by horizontal production wells and came onstream in 1996. Liuhua 4-1 was tied back to the Liuhua 11-1 field facilities in 2012. Crude is piped to the Nanhaishengli floating production storage and offloading vessel (FPSO).
