Lundin has proposed the spin-off of its non-Norwegian portfolio. The new company, International Petroleum Corporation (IPC), will have producing assets in Malaysia, France and the Netherlands, and will be actively looking for acquisitions. Lundin will continue to focus on Norway in its pursuit for further organic growth.
