Report summary

The Lyell field is located four kilometres northwest of the Canadian Natural Resources operated Ninian field. Lyell has been developed using a subsea tie back to the Ninian South platform. The 500 tonne subsea manifold was installed on the field in May 1992. The subsea infrastructure is remotely controlled from the Ninian South platform with all separation and process functions also carried out on Ninian South.
