Noble Energy, Delek Group and Ratio Oil Exploration announced FID on phase one of the Leviathan project, offshore Israel. Phase one’s capacity is 1.2 bcfd, although less than half of this capacity is currently contracted. Abu Dhabi awards CNPC and China Energy Company Limited the final ADCO stakes. Sound Energy increases its stake in Morocco by acquiring O&G Investment Fund's eastern assets. New fields discovered in both Iraq and Iran.
