The Montney is currently Canada's bellwether unconventional asset. The play underpins companies' Canadian LNG export aspirations. But it is not all about LNG. The play's high liquids content and low-cost resource provide attractive returns, especially in the current high commodity price environment. We have broken out the Montney into 13 sub-play areas to provide granular benchmarking, type wells and analysis.
