Nearly Headless Nick (MC 387) is a small oil and associated gas discovery located in the northeastern part of the Mississippi Canyon protraction area in 2009 metres (6,591 feet) of water. The field was discovered by LLOG in August 2018. In July 2019 LLOG transferred operatorship and sold its 26.84% interest to Murphy Oil Corporation as a part of a larger acquisition of LLOG's interest in the Delta House facility and associated fields. Murphy brought the field online in November 2019. ...
