Obskiy Gas Chemical Complex is a subsidiary of NOVATEK with two fields in Yamal-Nenets - West Seyakhinskoye and Verkhnetiuteiskoye. Both are less than 100 kilometres from the port of Sabetta. NOVATEK is intending to build an LNG plant near the site of Yamal LNG. There have been several delays and revisions to this plan which have created a lot of uncertainty regarding its delivery. NOVATEK is currently looking for partners and plans for FID in the first half of 2024, but delay may occur. ...
