Report summary
Our Financial Health Index has returned. We revisited the proprietary metric we created last year – which scores companies by weaving together publicly-disclosed financial data with our Wood Mackenzie valuations. Across the board, companies are in much better financial health than a year ago. Asset sales, debt swaps, equity issuances and higher prices have created breathing space for many operators inflicted by financial distress a year ago.
