Oman's 2019 licensing round launches on 17 February and runs through to 30 May 2019. It includes six onshore blocks with acreage formerly part of PDO's vast Block 6 concession, including a number of discovered resource opportunities. With Block 6 widely considered to hold the most prospective acreage in Oman, will the latest offering of blocks prove as popular as the last two licensing rounds, as investors vie to enter Oman?
