Report summary
Sinopec holds around 25,000 square kilometres of acreage in the Ordos basin, mainly in the north and southwest parts of the basin. The Daniudi and Dongsheng gas fields are Sinopec's main gas-producing assets in the Ordos Basin. Since 2012, Sinopec has increased horizontal drilling in the Daniudi development.
