On 13 May 2019, Pacific Oil and Gas announced an agreed acquisition of Canbriam Energy . All issued and outstanding shares will be acquired for a cash consideration of an undisclosed price. Closing of the transaction is expected to occur prior to 1 July 2019, subject to shareholder voting results and regulatory approval.
