Report summary
Patricia/Baleen is a small, offshore gas field on the northern margin of the Gippsland Basin. The field was developed using subsea-completions and tied back to an onshore gas processing plant at Orbost through a 23-kilometre offshore pipeline and 10-kilometre onshore pipeline. Once processed, the gas was then transported into the Eastern Gas Pipeline (EGP) and into the Victorian market. Production started in April 2003 and ceased in July 2008.
