Petronas Carigali (Carigali) operates a number of fields off the coast of Sabah, located within the Samarang/Asam Paya PSC. The PSC contains several oil and gas fields: Samarang, Samarang Kecil, Alab, Kinarut, Erb West, Sumandak complex, Zuhal East and Asam Paya.
