The Bertam oil field was discovered in 1995 on acreage now covered by the PM307 PSC, located 155 kilometres off the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. Lundin Petroleum farmed into PM307 in 2011 and completed an appraisal well on Bertam in early-2012.
