Report summary
On 6 September 2016, Shell announced first production from the Lower Tertiary Stones field. Stones produces via the second FPSO to operate in the Gulf of Mexico. Eight wells are expected to come online through 2019. We estimate total reserves of 250 mmboe, with a remaining value of US$1,649 million (NPV10) and a point-forward breakeven oil price of US$41/bbl Brent.
