Reggane Nord (Blocks 351c and 352c) was awarded to Repsol and partners RWE Dea and Edison as part of the 3rd International Licensing Round in July 2002 and ratified in January 2003. The Reggane Nord licence area is located in the Reggane Basin in the southwest of Algeria approximately 700 kilometres southeast of Hassi R'Mel.
