RJ-ON-90/1 (Mangala)
Report summary
Block RJ-ON-90/1 located in the Barmer - Sanchor sub-basin in Rajasthan has over 35 hydrocarbon discoveries. Commercial production from the block started in 2008. Nearly, 700 mmbbls of oil have been produced with the major contribution from the Mangala, Bhagyam and Aishwarya fields (collectively known as MBA fields). There are 16 fields currently on production within the block and they contribute to more than 20% of India's domestic oil production.
