Sarsang Development Area
Report summary
The Sarsang block is located in northern Kurdistan, north of the Shaikan and Atrush oil fields.The Swara and Tika fields were discovered on the block Tika in March 2011. East Swara Tika was discovered on the block in April 2015. Swara Tika, the primary field, and East Swara Tika contain 368 and 12 million barrels of reserves respectively.
