Woodside acquired ConocoPhillips' Senegal upstream position in a US$350 million deal in July, the country's biggest transaction to date. Elsewhere in Nigeria, ExxonMobil declared force majeure on Qua Iboe exports following sabotage. Whilst in Ghana, the Jubilee partners announced a long term solution to the FPSO turret problems.
