Tomskneft operates 47 mostly mature fields in the Tomsk region of West Siberia. It is a joint venture owned by Gazpromneft and Rosneft. Tomskneft has licensed more than 21 000 square kilometres of the swampy Vasyugan lowlands. More than 70% of its production in 2013 came from six fields (Igolsko Talovoye Krapivinskoye Luginetskoye Pervomaiskoye Sovetskoye and Vakhskoye).
