Tomskneft, a 50:50 joint venture owned by Rosneft and Gazpromneft, operates 47 mostly mature fields in the Tomsk region of West Siberia. Around 60% of oil production comes from six key fields: Igolsko-Talovoye, Krapivinskoye, Luginetskoye, Pervomaiskoye, Sovetskoye and Vakhskoye. We assume that Tomskneft delivers all of its oil production to Rosneft's Achinsk refinery.
