Having adopted the best practices of US unconventionals, Vaca Muerta's wells have shown impressive progress in recent years. There is still much to learn about the play. Just over 300 horizontal wells have been drilled in comparison to the over thousands of wells across the US shale plays. Yet, despite this, early results put productivity on par with the US. We reflect the latest productivity gains and cost trends in our 2018 type curve update.
