Webinar: Deep cuts in upstream investment
Report summary
We hosted two webinars on 26 March 2020 entitled: Oil price crash - deep cuts in upstream investment. The upstream oil and gas sector faces unprecedented uncertainty. It is clear oil companies must act quickly. Cuts to discretionary investment will be immediate and deep. While there are parallels to 2015-16, many things have moved on since the last downturn. During our webinars our panel of experts discussed: - How much will investment fall in 2020? - What has moved on since the last downturn? - Where will cuts be made? - What does it mean for investment in new projects? - What is the outlook for US onshore?
