The Zhuangxi Buried Hill EOR contract involves the re-development of the onshore Zhuangxi Buried Hill oilfield, which has high-temperature and fractured basement reservoirs and complex geology. The 20-year PSC was signed between Genting Oil and Gas (Genting) and Sinopec in October 2002 after encouraging results from a three-year evaluation program conducted by Genting from 1999 to 2002.
