The abundance of hydro generation in Nordic markets has resulted in the region enjoying the lowest power prices in Europe. How will the energy transition impact these low-carbon, low-cost markets? We are pleased to present our new long-term outlook for Nordic power markets, covering Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Using Wood Mackenzie's proprietary hourly dispatch model EPSI, this report and data is the latest addition to our Europe Power Service. This outlook includes hourly prices, supply and demand data for the region’s 12 pricing areas. We also provide capture prices for leading technologies, average-day supply mixes, and price cannibalisation analysis.
