As a senior analyst on our Carbon Research team, Fernanda’s primary focus lies in the offset market sector – developing and expanding our offset market tool, closely tracking the dynamics of the offset market and identifying short- and medium-term opportunities.
Prior joining Wood Mackenzie, Fernanda worked as a consultant for the Ministry of Environment in Chile while working at the Inter- American Development Bank. In this role, she provided expert advice to the department of environmental economics, contributing to the assessment of climate policies and the implementation of a local offset market.
Her journey in the environmental sector began as a project manager at the National Institute of Hydraulic of Chile and subsequently as research associate at Columbia Water Centre.
