Earlier today, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (MOFCOM) announced the final ruling results of the styrene anti-dumping (ADD) investigation. We look at the changes to the preliminary tariffs that were introduced in February earlier this year, how the anti-dumping measures have already begun to shift patterns of global trade flow on styrene and what the impact on the market will be going forward.
