China Coal is a state-controlled company. It is one of the listed coal-producing subsidiaries under China National Coal Group, which is controlled by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. China Coal produces both thermal and metallurgical coal. China Coal operates in Jiangsu, Xinjiang, Shanxi, Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia. We see an upside to China Coal’s future production, with several projects under construction and the ramping up of Dahaize and 106 Mine.
