Donkin is an underground coking and thermal coal development project on Cape Breton island, Nova Scotia. The project was won in a government tender by Xstrata and a predecessor of Morien Resources in 2005, but is now set to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Cline Group, known for aggressively developing reserves in the US's Illinois Basin.
