Narrabri coal mine
Report summary
Narrabri is an underground coal mine in the Gunnedah Basin of New South Wales, and the first longwall operation to be established in the basin. The mine is located 28 kilometres south of the town of Narrabri, and some 350 kilometres north west of Newcastle. Narrabri is split into two existing lease areas: ML 1609 (Narrabri North) and EL 6243 (Narrabri South). This asset report discusses and models the integrated mine plan between Narrabri North and Narrabri South and a possible extension into a yet to be issued lease at Narrabri West.
