Nuansacipta Coal Investment (NCI) is a thermal coal mine located in the Palaran district in Samarinda, East Kalimantan province. The mine operates under an IUP permit that was awarded on June 2010. NCI's IUP permit expires on 27 August 2027. Wood Mackenzie’s asset reports are built from the bottom up, incorporating a number of granular data metrics to ultimately produce our industry standard cash operating costs.
