Similoa - El Corozo coal mines
Report summary
The Rincón Hondo, El Descanso Sur, and Similoa reserve areas are being developed as replacements for the Pribbenow (La Loma) reserves. Drummond has received an extension to the lease of the Pribbenow concession to 2039 and intends to integrate the operation with nearby El Descanso Sur, Rincón-Hondo, and Similoa reserve areas. However, we currently keep separate records of these reserves in our research and show the original Pribbenow operation depleting reserves by 2024.
