Amidst fears of recession and changes in trade flows following the Russia-Ukraine war, security remains the primary concern of many countries. As COP27 approaches (6-18 November 2022), we take a look at the main themes that are likely to emerge in discussions and negotiations among the 193 countries that signed the Paris Agreement.
