Project detailsDevelopment of the GNA project and Açu terminal began in June 2017 when Prumo Global Logistics (Prumo) reached a sales agreement with Grupo Bolognesi for the purchase of Bolognesi's proposed 1.2-GW Novo Tempo combined power plant project and LNG terminal, which included the transfer of the 1,238 MW PPA awarded to Grupo Bolgnesi in 2014.
