Report summary

The terminal is more commonly known as Adriatic LNG, but also as Isola di Porto Levante or Rovigo LNG. Edison originally held a 100% stake in the project but has since sold some of its equity - the terminal is currently owned by ExxonMobil (70.7%), Qatar Petroleum (22%) and Edison (7.3%). After securing supply volumes and the necessary approval, construction on the Adriatic LNG terminal began in April 2005.
