Baltic LNG is a 13-mmpta liquefaction project under construction in the Leningrad Oblast. The plant will receive feedgas from West Siberian gas fields via the Northern Lights pipeline system.Gazprom cancelled a similar proposal to build an LNG plant on the Baltic coast in 2008 to instead focus on the Shtokman LNG.
