Portovaya LNG is a 1.5 mmtpa project currently under construction near Vysotsk, about 95 miles (150 km) northwest of Saint Petersburg, Russia. The location is near the Portovaya compressor station, the inlet point for the Nord Stream gas pipeline to Germany. The plant is owned by Gazprom and operated by Gazprom SPG Portovaya.
