El Musel LNG is a regas terminal in Gijón, in the Asturias region, northern Spain. Construction was completed in 2012, but the terminal was mothballed a few months later due to a lack of demand in the area. The Spanish government awarded the contract to Enagas for the terminal development in November 2006. Enagas selected Fluor for the terminal's main engineering work and Duro Felguera to build the storage tanks. Major work to accommodate the port was also required. Until 2022, ...
