Report summary
Freeport Train 4 is an expansion project at the current three train Freeport LNG export development on Quintana Island, Texas, on the US Gulf Coast. The trains are identical, each with approved capacity up to 5.7 mmtpa, up to 5.1 mmtpa effective capacity. The trains will be separately owned and financed, and operated as tolling facilities.
