In the Pacific Basin, Woodside Energy has resumed production at Pluto LNG, with two cargoes—Woodside Goode and Woodside Donaldson—loading in recent days. Satellite analytics detected significant flaring activity on November 30, aligning with the restart of operations. Brunei LNG is also progressing toward full operational capacity, evidenced by multiple vessels docking at the facility. Meanwhile, Tangguh LNG's Train 3 remains offline, with speculation of a restart this week. However, there are no observable signs of resumed activity. Recent satellite imagery also confirmed downtime at Australia's North West Shelf, consistent with the decommissioning of Train 2 due to feedgas constraints.
