Sabine Pass LNG is a six-train LNG project located in Louisiana. Cheniere Energy Partners owns 100% equity in the plant via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sabine Pass Liquefaction (SPL). Cheniere Energy has a majority interest in Cheniere Energy Partners, while infrastructure funds owned by Blackstone and Brookfield also own a large stake.
