Bartlesville zinc smelter

The Bartlesville smelter had a slab zinc capacity of 42kt per annum at time of closure in 1993. In this analysis, the plant is treated as closed from 1994 as primary zinc smelting had ceased although ZnO calcine from the Pb/Cd circuit was still produced on the site. The calcine was sent to Monaco for smelting.
