Report summary
The refinery is located at Brixlegg, 40km north-east of Innsbruck, and has good road and rail links. It treats anodes from the secondary copper smelter on the same site. Copper has been produced at Brixlegg since 1463 and was initially from local copper/silver mines. Coinage sheet from Brixlegg was provided to many mints.
