The Cerro Blanco project is a gold and silver project, located in the Department of Jutiapa, approximately 9km west of the border with El Salvador. Mining is expected to be comprised of both long-hole stoping and cut-and-fill mining methods, with access provided by a series of ramps. The mining method selected for a given area within the mine will be dependent upon geotechnical conditions, vein geometry and continuity. LOM average annual gold production is expected to be ~112koz, with a proposed mine life of 8 years.
