Report summary
Fosterville is an underground mining operation near Bendigo, Victoria. The process plant is comprised of single-stage crushing in a jaw crusher, followed by grinding in the semi-autogenous mill, a gravity circuit, a flotation circuit, a bio-oxidation circuit, a CCD circuit, a carbon-in-leach circuit, a pressure Zadra elution circuit, followed by electrowinning and smelting to produce a doré. In 2020, gold production at Fosterville exceeded the top end of guidance totaling 640koz largely due to a 20% increase in tonnes processed.
