Kaohsiung steel plant
Report summary
China Steel Corporation (CSC) Kaohsiung works is the largest integrated steel plant in Taiwan. CSC Group are the parent company for CSC, although the latter operates as its own listed entity. Reocated close to Taiwan's largest port, the Kaohsiung mill is entirely reliant on imports of iron ore and coal. Wood Mackenzie’s asset reports are built from the bottom up, incorporating a number of granular data metrics to ultimately produce our industry standard cash operating costs. This report contains a detailed asset note giving you a holistic view of the asset, including an operational overview through to a timeline of events from inception to now.
