Report summary
US Steel's Granite City steel plant produces hot rolled coil, cold rolled coil and coated sheet products. Most of the steel produced is sold to the construction, automotive, container and tube/pipe sectors. The plant has two blast furnaces (BFs), "A" and "B", which together hold a hot metal output rate of 2.4 Mtpa.
