Cienega is a gold, silver, lead, zinc underground mine located in Durango, Mexico. It produces separate zinc and lead concentrates and a silver-gold precipitate, the current milling capacity is 4,000t/d (1,340kt/a). The predominant revenue stream has in the past been gold but in recent years the silver revenue has increased significantly with declining gold grades and increasing silver grades.
