Report summary
Mara Rosa is expected to be an open-pit operation utilising conventional mining methods. The initial mine life is estimated at 10 years. The processing plant will comprise a pre-oxidisation and conventional carbon-in-leach (CIL) circuit. The plant is anticipated to have a design capacity of 2.5Mt/a. Gold production is estimated at around 80koz per annum.
