Report summary
Operated by Jilin Jien Nickel Industry, the Panshi City nickel sulphate plant is located in Panshi city in Jilin, China. The plant is owned and operated entirely by Jilin Jien Nickel Industry, which is in turn the largest subsidiary of the Jilin HOROC Group. In 2021, the plant is estimated to have produced 36.4 kt of nickel sulphate (8.0kt in contained Ni) using nickel matte and MSP feedstock from integrated mines.
